Weight Tracker

Following on from my weight tracker in 2010, I have decided I should have one on here too.  Instead of an accurate body fat percentage which I was getting from the gym during my time there, I will be using the BMI measurement.  I’ll be doing this once a month; on the 16th so I can start from today.

I will take my weight on a Wednesday morning before breakfast to keep things consistent.
